The MVP (Most Valuable Professional) Award is given by Microsoft to professionals who have high technical expertise in Microsoft products and contribute to the community (See mvp.Mocrosoft.com and SEA MVP’s Blog).
I got the MVP Award from 2006 to 2014 (9 times), as Access MVP. Activities as an MVP especially encourage the community, in addition to the “tasks” shared by Microsoft such as translating articles on the Microsoft website.
As a writer, I work closely with my book publisher and Microsoft Indonesia to hold a community gathering at the Microsoft Office Auditorium or a seminar on Access.
